Pricing
A price estimate will be calculated based on your custom request. Exact pricing of the piece will be determined by the complexity of the design and roughly how many hours the painting is predicted to take.
Custom hats start at $350 USD for a single portrait.
I hand paint every custom order myself, and each hat can take anywhere from 15 to over 25 hours in total. This means the creation process will happen over a period of about 5-7 days once I begin. Though, I may not be able to start on your piece right away, depending on current demand.
First, I will create digital mockups for your approval. Once you approve how you would like your piece to look, you will be charged a 50% deposit.
Once I have the materials needed to begin your piece, I will start painting within the discussed time frame and contact you near the end of the process with an update and pictures.
When I am done and you approve the finished piece, the remaining payment will be required, and then the piece will be shipped to you.

Shipping
I ship worldwide. Shipping to Canada will be free. For US & International shipping, we will discuss and agree upon shipping methods & pricing beforehand.
Returns & Refunds
If I am unable to complete your order for any reason, I will issue a refund right away.
However, due to the nature of these personalized pieces, no refunds or returns will be issued at the request of the customer after I have begun the painting process, or after you have received your order.
